Welcome to the Oceanic-Shop Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program
To join the Oceanic-Shop Affiliate Program, you must submit a completed application through our affiliate registration form. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an affiliate, you agree to:
- Promote Oceanic-Shop’s products using honest, ethical marketing practices.
- Avoid spamming or misleading promotions.
- Ensure your content is in compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Use only approved marketing materials provided by Oceanic-Shop.
- Maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information you receive from us.
3. Commissions
Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying sales generated through their unique referral links. The commission structure is as follows:
- 2% of the sale price for each completed purchase.
To qualify for a commission:
- The customer must complete the purchase using your unique affiliate link.
- Orders that are refunded, canceled, or deemed fraudulent will not qualify for commissions.
4. Payment Terms
- Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis.
- Payments will be made via PayPal.
- A minimum balance of $100 USD is required to receive commission payouts.
5. Refunds and Returns
- If a customer returns a product or requests a refund, the corresponding affiliate commission will be deducted from the affiliate’s account.
- If a refund or return occurs after the commission has been paid, the amount will be deducted from future commissions.
- If the product is returned or refunded within 30 days before the commission is due for payment, the commission for that sale will not be paid.
- In the case of fraudulent orders, Oceanic-Shop reserves the right to cancel the commission for the associated sale.
6. Affiliate Tracking
Affiliates will be provided with a unique tracking link to use for promoting Oceanic-Shop. Sales will be tracked using cookies that last [insert duration, e.g., 30 days], meaning the customer must complete a purchase within that time for you to earn a commission.
7. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are prohibited from:
- Using deceptive or unethical practices to generate sales or leads.
- Bidding on keywords or running ads using the Oceanic-Shop brand name without prior written consent.
- Engaging in any activity that could harm the reputation of Oceanic-Shop.
- Offering unauthorized discounts, coupons, or promotions.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate’s account at any time for violating these terms or engaging in fraudulent activity. Affiliates may also choose to terminate their participation at any time by notifying us in writing.
Upon termination, any unpaid commissions will be forfeited if they were earned through fraudulent or non-compliant activities.
9. Changes to the Terms
Oceanic-Shop reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through their affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
Oceanic-Shop will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program. We do not guarantee a specific level of success from your efforts.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
