AI is here. Mega corporations taking over and racing to AI dominance is a reality. The evolution of corporate jobs is taking place, with companies’ staff shrinking, and the question is who will stay? who gonna go? also what alternatives are for us the small sellers? the smalls business owners? is capitalism as we know dying? let me share my point of view.
I went to Las Vegas last march 2026, to business events met amazing people in AI industry , startups and e-commerce sellers, the feeling is mix positive and skeptical as well, let’s chooice the positive side!
But great part of how to make business and find opportunities is still human drive, but this means something weird things are so advance that we come back to the basics , everything is so abstract that we must flight over to meet people and shake hands, like in the 50s , 70s, 80s? yes exactly like that,
Reality is, the online world is poisoned. Everyone displays an image of expertise and riches. They all claim to be the perfect fit for your business, your needs, or to join your team. The fun fact is maybe they actually are. But because everyone looks like that, it’s almost impossible to filter through the thousands and thousands of options.
So we must back to the basic and do groundwork, need to have real conversations, go to events, go to bars and listen who the heck is this person and what are his values, what are his skills , who is bsying and who is actually with the scars from experience and kndowlge to keep navigating in this new world.
What to do next?
Let’s figured out, how this new world will turn out, but suddenly I can tell you those who remember how to relate with human , build real connections in top of this advanced tools and prove expertise understanding and among of all real creativity , real human out of the box solutions is who will remain.
Which companies will disappear and which ones will stay? Pay attention to their human factor. Nowadays, everyone looks perfect on social media, everyone has degrees, but nobody reads books or develops their critical thinking. The infrastructure is there, but sadly, it is void.
